The module that records items one by one.
InSight RFID is the next module of the Trackerserver platform. Final testing is under way, and early access is open to tracking businesses that ask for it.
- Labels on stock, tools, containers and equipment
- Read at doors, docks, handhelds and vehicles
- Each read kept as evidence
- Early access on request
What it does.
Reads items where they move
Fixed readers at doors and docks, handheld scanners and readers on vehicles all feed the same record.
Keeps each read as evidence
The record of a read holds where and when the item was read, which reader read it, and how confident the reading is.
Checks against the paperwork
Receiving, counts and dispatch are compared with their documents, so a difference is seen, not assumed.
Leaves decisions to people
Whatever is unexpected becomes an exception that a person reviews. Stock is never changed by a missed read alone.
Why it is built to be cautious.
Radio is not perfect. A label can be shielded by what it is stuck to or by what is stacked in front of it, and a reader can fail to hear it. A system that took each missed read for fact would spend its days correcting itself.
InSight RFID takes the other view. A read is evidence that an item was seen. The lack of a read is only a lack of evidence, so it raises a question for a person and alters nothing by itself. Your clients keep the last word on their own stock.
The module is still in final testing. It is not yet a standard part of the platform, and we would sooner say so than promise a date.
Early access can be requested. If one of your clients has a clear job for it, such as goods coming in, goods going out or a count, tell us about that job.
What it is a part of.
The same account
InSight RFID opens from the menu your clients already use for their vehicles. There is no second system to sign in to.
The same brand
The portal carries your logo and your web address. Your clients do not see our name.
The same supplier
One platform for the road, the yard, the building and the items, and one business for your client to call: yours.
About the module.
Which RFID hardware does it use?
That is settled job by job, because it depends on where the items are read. Tell us about the doors, docks, counts or vehicles involved and we discuss it as part of early access.
Will a missed read remove an item from stock?
No. Stock is never changed by a missed read alone. The missed read becomes an exception, and a person reviews it.
Can my clients use it under my brand?
Yes. It is a module of Trackerserver, which each tracking business runs on a dedicated server with its own logo and domain.

Ask about RFID for your clients.
Tell us what your client wants recorded item by item, and where those items pass. We answer with where InSight RFID stands, whether early access suits the job, and what the rest of the platform would add.
